Championing property clients: Gateway Residential launches

Driven by an ambition to offer proactive services in residential lettings and property management and deliver 100% occupancy rates, we’re delighted to introduce our latest venture: Gateway Residential. From buy-to-let owners to property investors and developers, we’re here to make a difference in the marketplace.

Whether you need a little advice or full management, Gateway Residential believes in a better way to support your unique requirements. This starts by treating each property for what it is – an individual investment – and putting customer service and regular communication first.

During 2016, we put everything in place, including the legislative framework, to offer something new from our group: residential lettings and property management which draws on our extensive experience of nationwide block management (see Gateway Property Management). Now open for business, we’re already championing the needs of a range of clients: buy-to-let owners, property investors and developers.

We see five key areas where Gateway Residential will make all the difference.

For us, that means not just reacting fast when needed, but also using our extensive industry experience to pre-empt common issues when renting out property. Our service includes 24-hour support, in case of emergencies.
