The Job

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will:

  • Provide first line telephone support to leaseholders and tenants
  • Liaise with 3rd party contractors
  • Arrange maintenance visits
  • Produce outgoing correspondence to residents
  • Use active listening and negotiation skills to resolve issues

We are looking for individuals with:

What you need:

The Job

You will be responsible for the highest standards of cleaning at a flagship mixed-use development in Peterborough. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hoovering carpets and floors in communal areas
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Washing down walls, doors, and skirting boards
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors

Estate Manager

Islington, London

Due to unprecedented new business success, we have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Manager to join our growing team and oversee a prestigious mixed-use development in Islington, London.

The Person

The Job

You will be a champion of high standards in client management, property oversight, and operational excellence. This role requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and a thorough understanding of leasehold management. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to clients and residents.
  • Managing relationships with contractors and on-site staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conducting weekly Health and Safety site visits to maintain site safety and compliance.
  • Overseeing and managing M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems with knowledge and precision.
  • Taking utility readings monthly as part of regular site audits.
  • Utilising emergency management skills to address urgent issues promptly.
  • Performing commercial management functions (desirable).
  • Maintaining high organisational standards to prioritise tasks and manage responsibilities effectively.

What You Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Block Property Management
  • TP1 or equivalent qualification (preferred)
  • A full, clean driving license
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with M&E systems and site audit requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of the Fire Safety Act, particularly for high-rise buildings.

The Job
You will oversee all aspects of the lettings process, delivering outstanding customer service to clients and tenants, securing property valuations, conducting inspections, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining accurate database records.

Reporting to the Lettings Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Property inspections
  • Liaising with and updating landlords regularly
  • Property valuations prior to marketing
  • Offer negotiation
  • Cross-selling the company’s other services
  • Ensuring the company’s adherence to all relevant legislation
  • Property auditing and compliance, including gas safety, portable appliance testing and smoke detectors
  • Overseeing all aspects of a new tenancy, including document preparation, referencing, check in/out, and receipt of all necessary funds
  • Assistance with any maintenance issues that arise

What We Are Looking For

  • Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Confidence in your abilities
  • Flexibility in your role as some overnight stays may be required for properties further afield

What You Need

  • 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • A full, clean driving license

Maintenance Operative

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out general maintenance and repairs across residential developments in the South East, including London. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting minor electrical repairs (e.g., changing light fittings, replacing sockets)
  • Basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unblocking drains
  • General carpentry, including repairing doors, locks, and skirting boards
  • Painting and decorating communal areas as needed
  • Basic plastering and filling cracks or holes in walls
  • Carrying out general repairs and upkeep of the buildings
  • Inspecting and troubleshooting maintenance issues proactively
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety guidelines

As Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and support your team, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
  • Handle escalated queries and complex issues with confidence
  • Liaise regularly with the Department Manager on performance and process improvements
  • Oversee invoice processing, scanning, posting, and quality control
  • Manage contractor queries, payments, and insurance documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve invoice and payment matters
  • Ensure sign-offs, invoice registers, and payment workflows are properly maintained
  • Oversee cheque payments, remittances, direct debits, and Gateway invoices
  • Efficiently carry out filing and administrative tasks when required

 

About You

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Purchase Ledger supervisory role
  • Strong commercial awareness and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage time effectively and balance multiple priorities
  • Detail-driven, organised, and confident in leading a team
