The Job

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining communal areas across residential developments in Leeds and the surrounding areas, including, but not limited to:

Gardening Duties:

  • Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Hedge trimming and shaping
  • Strimming and edging grass areas
  • Weed spraying and removal
  • Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • General garden tidying and waste disposal

Communal Cleaning Duties:

  • Hoovering carpets and floors in communal areas
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Washing down walls, doors, and skirting boards
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors

What You Need

The Job

As an Insurance Technician within AIS, your role will be hands-on, supporting the efficiency of claims processes and technical operations, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of the wider organisation.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting in preparing, issuing, and maintaining insurance policies and related documentation
  • Updating and maintaining records of policy terms, renewals, and endorsements
  • Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to senior team members
  • Helping process claims by gathering and organising necessary documentation
  • Inputting and reviewing insurance details in the company’s database
  • Ensuring all documentation and processes adhere to industry regulations
  • Preparing routine reports and summaries related to policies, claims, or operations

What You Need

  • Flexibility for Saturday work, depending on the needs of the business
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • 6 months to 1 year of insurance experience (preferably property insurance)

You will oversee the delivery of a high-performing, compliant commercial property service that meets financial and service KPIs, maximises portfolio returns, and ensures value for money. You will lead and develop a team, manage stakeholder relationships, and handle all aspects of rent, service charges, lettings, and lease events. You will report to senior leadership on business performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of a Commercial Agency, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations, giving you the opportunity to lead, influence, and deliver real value across a dynamic portfolio.

What You Need

  • MRICS accreditation (or working towards it)
  • 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Surveyor
  • A full, clean driving license

Conveyancer

The Person

The Job

  • Managing your own caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and mortgages
  • Drafting, negotiating, and implementing sale and purchase correspondence and documents
  • Reporting on title, settling transactions and client reporting
  • Instructing searches and reports
  • Maintaining all matters using a sophisticated Case Management System
  • Leading a small team of conveyancers as the department develops
  • Filing and other administration

When required, you will also be responsible for a range of property management matters, including:

  • Supporting all litigation matters, including County Court proceedings and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) applications
  • Assisting with lease extensions, enfranchisement, and RTM (Right to Manage) processes
  • Handling complex enquiries raised by the Solicitors Enquiries Department on lease assignments, deeds of covenant, notice of transfer, and consents
  • Providing advice, support, and guidance to Property Managers

What You Need

  • You must be a qualified Solicitor (0-4 years PQE)
  • Previous residential conveyancing experience
