As we continue to grow, we are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals ready to start a rewarding career with us as a Trainee Property Manager working within our Estates Management Team at our Leigh-on-Sea Office.
As a Trainee Property Manager at Gateway, you will be guided by some of the most seasoned and experienced industry professionals around on your property management journey. You will be responsible for proactively managing a varied portfolio of housing estates. From assisting in the preparation of Service Charge information and Accounts, budget preparation and management, through to managing maintenance issues and liaising with customers and clients, no two days are ever the same.

If you don’t already hold an IRPM qualification, no need to worry as you will be provided with all the necessary tools and guidance to set you on your way to becoming a fully-fledged, IRPM-qualified Property Manager.
Essentials for the Role
You will be required to work full time in our Leigh-on-Sea Office, with hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum of one years’ experience in the property industry and/or a customer service background. They must possess a full, clean driving license to facilitate regular travel for client and resident meetings.
You should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and achieving results.
