Winter is coming: our Facilities Team is here to help. Seasonal services on our portfolio are well under way

All year-round, our in-house Facilities Management team has been proactively keeping the properties under our care clean and well-maintained.

As we approach the colder months, the team will be providing a range of seasonal services to our portfolio, from gutter clearances to gritting hardstanding communal areas, managing garden waste, trimming lawn edges, and ensuring pathways remain tidy and safe for residents as the leaves continue fall.

Their priority is to foster a safe environment, with a strong focus on compliance to ensure there are no disruptions to the comfort and safety of residents.
