- 139 coastal homes in Braunton, Devon, close to surfing destination, Saunton Sands
- Over 60 family homes near three idyllic parks: the South Downs National Park, Daventry Country Park and Peak District National Park
- 80 homes in the glorious Cotswolds
- More than 70 new homes in the port city of Sunderland, Tyne and Wear
