As part of this commitment and in line with the UK Building Safety Act 2022, Gateway has implemented a new Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) System. This system allows residents to report ‘Safety Occurrences’, ensuring that all potential risks are addressed quickly and effectively.
