You’ll see that The Meridian Waterside development in Southampton is looking absolutely stunning. The dynamic scheme combines the best in waterside and city living, complete with a new park and riverside walkway. We’re proud to be part of the new neighbourhood as the managing agent. The next phases are currently under construction, bringing much-needed new homes to the area.

It’s also great to receive positive feedback. Being described as “night and day from what we had before” really did make the team’s day at Gateway Property Management.

2019 has been another busy year for the Gateway Group. We look back at the UK market over the last 12 months.

The UK property market and political landscape were inextricably linked throughout 2019, with Brexit uncertainty yet again dictating performance. We learned which UK cities had recorded the fasted rise in rents and where to find the top ten property hotpots in the country, including the town of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, which came out on top with an average rise of £33,875, according to property website Zoopla.
